What is your shipping policy?

We offer free international shipping on all orders. See the Shipping tab in the main navigation menu for more info.

Where is my order?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of payment being made. Once your order is shipped you will automatically receive an email containing tracking information. If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order please email us at support@waltyn.com

Returns & Exchange

Please email support@waltyn.com to initiate a return or exchange. Make sure you include your order number in the email and read our Refund policy which can be found in the main navigation bar.

Where is Waltyn Workwear based?

We are proudly based in Aotearoa New Zealand! Our team operates out of Canterbury, with logistics and fulfilment based in Auckland.

Can you do custom branding?

Yes! We partner with ProGraphix to provide custom printing on any of our garments. Please email support@waltyn.com if you would like custom branding.
